Terms of Service

Welcome to BingeSoon ("BingeSoon," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BingeSoon website and application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. BingeSoon is operated by Origin Collective Limited.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use BingeSoon. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.
2. Description of Service
BingeSoon lets users track TV shows and anime, view countdowns to upcoming episodes and seasons, and view status information (such as renewal, cancellation, or "awaiting renewal" status) sourced from third-party data providers.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep it up to date.
You're responsible for notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
BingeSoon offers a free tier with limited features, and a paid "Pro" subscription with additional features, billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled.
How to cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Account page and clicking Manage billing. This opens Stripe's secure billing portal where you can cancel your subscription immediately. You will keep full Pro access until the end of your current paid period.
Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you are a UK or EU consumer, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off right from the start of a new subscription; by starting the Service immediately you agree we may begin supply during that period, and any refund may be reduced in proportion to the service already provided. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, contact us through the Contact / Support page.
We may change subscription pricing with advance notice; continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your full payment card details.
5. Free Tier Limits
The free tier is limited to tracking up to 5 shows at a time. We may adjust free tier limits or features at our discretion, with reasonable notice where practical.
6. Third-Party Data and Accuracy Disclaimer
BingeSoon displays TV and anime release information sourced from third-party data providers (including TVMaze and public anime data providers). This data is provided "as is":
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of air dates, renewal status, cancellation status, or any other show information displayed in the Service.
Release dates, especially for unconfirmed or "awaiting renewal" shows, are estimates or best-available information and may change without notice.
BingeSoon is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any television network, streaming platform, animation studio, or production company referenced in the Service.
Where "renewal risk" indicators are shown, these are heuristic estimates based on publicly available data patterns, not confirmed industry information, and should not be relied upon as a definitive prediction.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
Scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract data from the Service beyond normal personal use.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation.
Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our prior written consent.
8. Intellectual Property
The BingeSoon name, logo, design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors.
Show titles, posters, and metadata displayed in the Service belong to their respective copyright holders and are used for informational/reference purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service beyond normal personal use.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA DISPLAYED (INCLUDING AIR DATES AND RENEWAL STATUS) WILL BE ACCURATE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BINGESOON AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Effective date" above when changes are made, and material changes will be communicated via the Service or email where practical. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
BingeSoon is operated by Origin Collective Limited, a company based in the United Kingdom. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer under UK law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) or, where applicable, under EU consumer law.
